We Ship via UPS, USPS, or in some cases Fedex.
Please Note: The following below are Only Shipping Cost Estimates. If the actual amount is less we will credit your account. If the actual shipping amount is more we will charge your account. In some cases we may contact you to confirm the shipping amount. (Especially for International Orders). We will not overcharge or undercharge our customers on shipping.
- Orders for products are processed within 48 hours, and are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. Your order is processed in the order it was placed amongst other orders from other customers.

Return Policy: There is a 7 day return policy on all items, with the following conditions:
We do not accept returns on personal use products for obvious reasons including serious Health & Sanitation Issues.
We do not accept returns on videos and dvds unless factory sealed.
- Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund.
- Opened items cannot be returned unless defective.
- No returns on personal use products including all novelties unless defective.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Please contact us before returning any items.
- We are sorry but we do not pay for postage on returns.
Return Procedure: The following procedures must be followed or the return will be refused.
- Contact customer service and request a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
- Include a copy of invoice which was received with the product(s).
- To obtain a refund for a non-defective product, you must return the product factory sealed.
