We Ship via UPS, USPS, or in some cases Fedex.
Please Note: The following below are only shipping cost estimates. If the actual amount is less, we will credit your account. If the actual shipping amount is more, we will charge your account. In some cases, we may contact you to confirm the shipping amount (Especially for International Orders). We will not overcharge or undercharge our customers on shipping.
- Purchases are processed within 48 hours, and are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders placed are processed in the order in which they were received.
- Out of stock items may take additional time to ship.

We DO NOT accept returns on opened personal use products* due to potential health and sanitation issues. We do not accept returns on videos and DVDs unless they are factory sealed.
Return Policy: There is a seven day return policy on all items, with the following conditions:
- Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund.
- Opened items cannot be returned unless defective.
- No returns on personal use products including all novelties unless defective.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Please contact us before returning any items.
- We are sorry but we do not pay for postage on returns.
Return Procedure: The following procedures must be followed or the return will be refused:
- Contact customer service at 347-834-7841 and request a Return Merchandise Authorization number from one of our customer service representatives.
- Include a copy of the invoice which was received with the product(s).
- To obtain a refund for a non-defective product, you must return the product factory-sealed.
